Hey crafty teachers...

Hey crafty teachers, I thought I would share something fun for those of us who want to take a break from the printing, laminating, cutting, target shopping and curriculum mapping.

Do you crochet, knit, embroider, etc? This month over at freshstitches.com, there will be a 'Tour de Loop' event for all who want to participate.

All you have to do is knit/crochet/embroider for 1 hour a day from July 5th to July 27th 2014! Then you can share and discuss your crafty plans & ideas on the Fresh Stitches Ravelry group.

Jump on over to Fresh Stitches and grab this button to share on your blog/Instagram/twitter and start looping away!
If you have wanted to learn to knit or crochet, check out my Pinterest board to get you started and join us for The Tour de Loop!
Follow Michelle's board Scissors, Glue, paint, Sew, crochet & more on Pinterest.

You can follow me on Instagram or my Ravelry to see my Tour de Loop projects. I'll also be sharing my crochet creations on here...for now I'll leave you with the zombie Amigurumi I am finishing up for my Fiance'.

  1. My mom bought me some crochet materials and instruction book a few months ago. This makes me want to try to learn how to do it! I love the detachable leg on your zombie, very cool! I wanted to invite you to join in on my special educator bloghop. I'm hoping to get advice from other special educators as next year will be my first year in special education!

  2. Thank you! You should definitely give crocheting a try! It's an easy way to relax and keep your mind of a stressful week. :) Thanks for letting me know about your bloghop! I'll definitely add mine on there. Good luck on your 1st year teaching Sped! It's going to be difficult, but VERY rewarding.
