Slim down Saturday 1/18/14

Week 2 down! 

Sadly, I didn't loose any weight this week. Although I feel the 30 minute circuit at planet fitness has helped tremendously. My arm flab has gone down and my core area feels more toned. I've gotten several compliments that I look better because 'I've lost weight'. 

I set my goal last week to be in bed by midnight! I was successful 4 out of 5 nights. Hopefully this week I can push the time back and be in bed by 11:30. I have so much more energy. Another idea I had to help me through the week is to plan and pack my lunch on Sunday. So my word for the week is 'planning'.

  2. I need to make getting to bed earlier a goal, too! Sleep is so important! Compliments can sometimes give us that extra push we need, especially when the scale isn't showing a move. It's a NSV! A non-scale victory!!! Keep up the great work and the scale will eventually show your commitment!

  3. I get so frustrated with the scale doesn't change, and I didn't lose any last week either. I have been measuring my waist, and I am seeing more inches come off than weight! Sounds like the same is happening for you, which is a great thing! Hope you have a great week?

  5. That's awesome to hear! I'm glad that others are beginning to notice the hard work you are putting into your goals. Like everyone else said, sometimes those compliments are what gets you through that next week. And I'm jealous that you're actually getting to bed at a reasonable hour...I feel like sleep is going to always be my goal ;) Keep up the great work!!
