Week 2 down!
Sadly, I didn't loose any weight this week. Although I feel the 30 minute circuit at planet fitness has helped tremendously. My arm flab has gone down and my core area feels more toned. I've gotten several compliments that I look better because 'I've lost weight'.
I set my goal last week to be in bed by midnight! I was successful 4 out of 5 nights. Hopefully this week I can push the time back and be in bed by 11:30. I have so much more energy. Another idea I had to help me through the week is to plan and pack my lunch on Sunday. So my word for the week is 'planning'.
