I thought I would go ahead and share my own and try my hardest to do it weekly.
My goal is to loose 50 pounds by 2015, but 25 by mid year. Read more about my weight loss goals and new years resolutions.
I worked out every day this week at planet fitness, mainly doing the 30minute circuit. I'm hoping next week I can do a little more cardio. I also want to try and get more sleep. I usually get 5 hours of sleep and really should be getting more. So next week I will try to get at least 6 hours.
I am loving all the extra energy I have from working out and eating healthy. So my word for the week is 'healthy'.
